PASS AND REAL-WORLD COMPARATIVE STUDIES TOGETHER WITH PROFESSOR STUART POCOCK
During 2019
OXON is planning a series of webinars in 2019 with leading EU and Asian pharmacoepidemiologists and involving our close collaboration with Professor Stuart Pocock, of the "Pocock Stopping Rule"; 2013 Bradford Hill Medal; 30+ NEJM, 40+ Lancets; and extensive EMA and FDA experience.
The webinars will discuss how to ensure PASS and real-world comparative studies satisfy regulators and reimbursement agencies:
- Customising studies
- Good methodology and analysis
- Practical considerations
- Using OXON's evolving Database of PASS and PAES - with information from sponsors and EMA not publicly available - to help inform future studies. E.g. ICPE prize-winning PRAC-approved novel PASS design and review presentation at EMA.
